Key Responsibilities: Ensure inter team adoption of best practices and encourage consistency in approach.
Support a team of infrastructure engineers to build, deliver and maintain a world class infrastructure platform that meets agreed SLA expectations.
Acquire strong technical understanding of *** Network.
Participate on technical decisions and help to drive continuous improvement within the *** Network Infrastructure.




Network infrastructure implementation and maintenance both, Data Centres and Branch Offices.
WAN/LAN network configuration and troubleshooting.
Support LAN, WLAN, and Collaboration networks.
Engage with MPLS, Internet providers to identify, troubleshoot faults and follow up via a ticketing system.
General Second Level support activities with NOC personnel.
Skills and Experience: Excellent knowledge of the concept of LAN and WAN networks.
Good knowledge of network infrastructure (routing & switching) based on Cisco technologies (desirable).
Ability to define and obtain adoption of new processes.
Ability to produce accurate and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Attention to detail, ability to perform daily health checks and act accordingly.
Experience with Network Monitoring and alerting solutions (Solar Winds preferable).
Experience in working for a true global 24x7 organisation.
Knowledge of NAC products.
Cybersecurity principles.
The Following Will Be Considered a Plus: On-call availability.
Basic Terraform, Ansible scripting.
Availability to travel.
Working hours flexibility (Out of Hours / Weekend work may be required in certain projects).
Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Location: Emilia Romagna (mandatory at least 2-3 days in office)
Daily Rate: between 280 and 350 €
