The Technician - Associate Engineer - Research and Development will be located out of the JMA offices in Bologna, Italy in the Castel San Pietro Terme area.Responsibilities:Create and design models from scratch using advanced 3D CAD tools (Solidworks).Maintain version-controlled documentation to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.Communicate regularly to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders via verbal and written communication.Refine plastic/metal assemblies, create part numbers and extract BOMS data and specifications for both Operation and Purchasing Teams.Support other teams for standard related testing (both in-house and external labs).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience that includes SolidWorks.Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize firmware solutions.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to travel, periodically, domestic and international to support client meetings.English language is an asset.At JMA, we don't just accept differences — we embrace them.
