The Customer Service & Tender Specialist at Mammotome has more areas of expertise, from general administration to customer service, letting the person develop a 360° administrative profile, becoming one of the main points of contact for the company in Italy.
You will be a part of the administration team and report to the General Manager Europe and you will be based at our office in Rome, with a Hybrid work solution.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
**Perform Customer Service activities**: order management, data entry, logistics, credit notes, returns etc.
Prepare and process tenders documentation
**Cooperate with Sales department**: drafting and processing of contracts and specifications, general documentation, preparation of commercial analysis and reports
Provide administrative support to local Marketing activities for the organization and corporate participation in events, congresses, and professional education
Be responsible for administrative management of purchases and company office ( I-Buy requests, purchase invoices check, phone contracts, etc)
Manage the local Car Fleet (fines, orders, and renewals)
Ensure compliance and prepare products’ Research and Analysis when needed
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
University degree preferably in Economy, Business Administration,



Law or related disciplines
Previous experience in customer service and administrative functions
Proficient Italian and fluent English
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Processing Tenders documentation
