Job Summary Job Responsibilities
Product Expertise Understand product specifications and their positioning in the market Understand pathologies, therapeutic fields and medical procedures related to the product portfolio (stents, guide wires, balloons,...) Sales & Technical Support:
Assist the Sales & Marketing team in the overall preparation of the annual business plan and more specifically in the preparation and administration of tenders Assist HCPs in the appropriate use of the product portfolio, collect and communicate feedback from the market Ensure dealers, distributors, and agents (+- 70% of sales) maintain up-to-date knowledge and training capabilities on the product portfolio Follow up on product quality-related complaints Training of internal and external stakeholders Conduct insightful product training courses for both internal and external stakeholders such as sales colleagues, distributors, agents, HCPs, etc. Attend congresses outside usual working hours Profile Description
By preference, you have a degree in a related field, preferably Biomedical Engineering or similar through experience Stellar technical product understanding; sales knowledge is a plus Ability to understand scientific and clinical study documentation Charismatic communication skills and the ability to engage customers Trust instilling towards direct and indirect customers Professional fluency in English and Italian Willingness and flexibility to travel 2 to 3 days a week Ideally located in Northern Italy Offer
