(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders)

As our (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders), you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and hiring talent across various functions, and building a strong and inclusive recruiting strategy.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Responsible for hiring talent for both AlfaDocs in Italy and Germany,
working on positions across departments (Sales, CS, Product, Engineering...)
- Active Sourcing: Source passive candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to build a strong talent pool.
- Behavioral Interviews: Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and phone screenings to assess technical skills and fit within the AlfaDocs environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance on hiring plans and strategies, leading the entire recruitment cycle.
- Data-Driven: Actively use data to assess and measure candidate funnels, preparing reports for hiring teams to inform decision-making.
- Cross-functional: Collaborate with different Talent Acquisition and People teams to ensure alignment and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Experience: Focus on providing an optimal experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Support and drive a diverse and inclusive recruiting strategy throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years in recruiting within an agency, startup, and/or corporate environment.
- Active Sourcing: Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring talent for volume roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with hiring teams and team leads, leading the assessment of talent needs and defining hiring plans.
- Reporting: Experience in creating reports using Excel and/or HR software to support recruitment activities.
- Adaptability:
Ability to quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems in a dynamic environment.
- Agility: Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment where things change rapidly.
- Negotiation & Legislation: Skill in bid negotiation, as well as a strong understanding of local labor legislation and market trends.
- Communication: Native-level Italian and excellent English skills are a must.

Administrative Info
Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.
Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
Location: Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove)
Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Salary range: 25,000€ - 35,000€
Trial Period: 3 months
Start Date: preferably April/May 2025
Onboarding
During the initial phase of joining AlfaDocs,
you will always be supported by a colleague responsible for your training. Barring exceptions, we plan a 1-2 week(s) onboarding period at our office in Munich, where you will have the pleasure of getting to know our entire team!
