SW QA And Tech Support - Fincantieri NexTech Location: Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Italy Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Software Technical Support Engineer to join our international agile support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support to our customers. Activities & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner. Document and track customer issues and resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Work with product development teams to identify and fix bugs. Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases and updates. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. Requirements: Portfolio of work that demonstrates software technical support skills and abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in software technical support. Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with agile methodologies and tools. Strong customer focus and commitment to providing high-quality support. Experience with product management tools and methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Confluence). Professional English.
