Position Job Summary: The Events Coordinator will support the Events team in coordinating and executing events to enhance brand visibility and identity. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role will contribute to the success of various events, including press days, corporate events, and in-store initiatives, by leveraging strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Key Activities:



Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection to décor coordination, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives. Support logistical operations, including scouting locations, sourcing providers, and overseeing event creation and planning projects. Manage the back-office activities of event execution and invoice follow-up. Support the team with contact for external suppliers, talents, and agencies, negotiating deals and quotations to optimize cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders: communication team, procurement, and product development teams, to ensure seamless event coordination and execution. Monitor event project plans to ensure timelines are adhered to and all deliverables are successfully completed. Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to resolve any logistical challenges and ensure smooth event operations. Profile Minimum of 2 years' experience in event coordination or related field, preferably in the luxury sector or agency. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
