The M&C; Systems Engineer will be integrated in the Teleport and Ground Infrastructures Engineering department, with the main objective of supporting Telespazio Monitor and Control (M&C;) configuration and maintenance. Activities: M&C; design based on requirements of Antennas or system to be controlled Understanding of Equipment interfaces to be managed, this is done studying Equipment Interface Control Document (ICD) Configuration of Telespazio M&CVIEW; product using LabVIEW development language Integration of the configured M&CVIEW; in the foreseen system architecture Execution of verification tests both in Factory and On Site Management and writing of documentation requested by Customer (design documents, test plans and procedures, test reports) Technical skills and attributes: Microsoft Windows Operating System LabVIEW programming language, basic knowledge Ethernet based Network protocol as TCP/IP, UDP/IP, SNMP Virtual platforms knowledge Database and computing basic tools knowledge Project management (schedule, tasks, resources, costs) knowledge Basic knowledge of security engineering framework (risks, threats, vulnerabilities, countermeasure, impact, incident) Availability to work in defense/military project Availability to be subjected to Security Clearance process Availability to travel outside the place of work for meetings and installations (Italy and Abroad) Communication and negotiation skills Capability of team working with sharing competence, activity, and goals Qualifications:



Technical High School Diploma in computer science with at least three years of experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Place of work: Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
