Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Viva.com team in Emilia-Romagna as a member of the Client Acquisition Team. You will close sales for card terminals and related services through face-to-face contact with new clients. You will provide a first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs, and act as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

What You Will Do

1. Follow up on scheduled appointments and evaluate existing data and information about the prospect, build rapport and business relationships by visiting and validating the prospect's current needs in relation to Viva Wallet offerings. Always strive to maximize reach by getting referrals from the existing client base.
2. Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products/services driven by your in-depth understanding of the market and the product/services features/advantages for the specific prospect.
3. Close by selling the group products/services.
4. Schedule to deliver and install the card terminal at the client premises.
5.



Enter and update customer data and other useful information in the CRM system.
6. Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results.
7. Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role.
8. Promote team spirit and learn from your colleagues.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of expertise in B2B field sales at mid-senior level management.
2. Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions.
3. Understanding of the retail, hospitality, freelancers, and card terminal users market.
4. Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages.
5. Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
6. Outstanding negotiation/sales skills with proven closing ability.
7. Strong organizational and diary management skills.
8. Resilient and persistent; able to handle objections.
9. Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially.
10. Excellent command of Italian and English.
