Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Commercial Strategy Manager Breast Cancer - Oncology.
Why Patients Need You
- At Pfizer Oncology, we have an industry-leading portfolio of 24 approved innovative cancer medicines and biosimilars across more than 30 indications, including breast, genitourinary, colorectal, blood and lung cancers, as well as melanoma.
- The Commercial Strategy Manager will be supporting the Breast Cancer Franchise and leading the management of recently launch brand Talzenna.
Key Experience Offer of this Role
- Develop and implement strategically and cross-functionally aligned customer focused brand plans, programs and initiatives for the local market to ensure Pfizer meets Brand Revenues and Profit goals.
- Support the development of brand operating plan, working together with all the relevant functions in the identification of customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and in the definition of all brand programs and initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs.
- Closely cooperate with FF and Medical to effectively coordinate the implementation of brand plans through the development of specific plans of action, implementation of activities, attendance at major programs, leading of brand workshops during cycle meetings etc.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive flawless execution of the marketing & communication activities
- Performance indicator management and marketing intelligence
- Collaborate with Digital Client Partner and McM & Innovation Team to enrich communication plan with digital initiatives & tools & make FF confident with delivering digital communication campaigns
- Support the development of country customer-focused brand operating plan, working together with all the relevant functions to identify customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and to define brand initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs
- Implement Glocal projects and promotional campaigns, ensuring local approval and cooperating with Medical Managers for the adaptation according to local needs and Pfizer internal policies and regulatory requirements
What You Offer
Basic Qualifications
- University Degree (scientific or economic)
- Knowledge in Specialty Market and Products
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment
- Experience with matrix organization working
- Fluency in Business English and Italian (the English Language knowledge will be assessed
- during the interview)
- Good knowledge of computer skills and web marketing
- Expertise/attitude to public speaking
- Business Acumen - understanding of revenues drivers for the brand in local Country
