**The Role**:
We are looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our FATI team in Italy (Cusago, Milano).




This position is all about communicating with customers and coordinating their wishes across our various departments to sell our products.
In this position you are responsible for creating estimations, quotations and cost calculations for agents, customers, and prospects in consultation with the responsible (Regional-) Sales Manager(s).
**Your Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include**:
- Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls, internet leads and inquiries to convert those into sales by supporting and creating cost estimations, competitive proposals, and revisions according to customer needs and requests.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively, follow up and follow through proposals, sales requests and invoices for our sales channels (e.g.
agents, distributors and resellers) as well as direct customers.
- Enter and update all estimation, quotation and project data and feedback in our ERP Dynamics AX 2012 system and Dynamics CRM.
- Answer technical inquiries by customers and solve problems by collaborating with our customers to find innovative solutions that ensure success.
- Be the operational back-office support for our outside sales teams
- Communicate and collaborate intensively with our area sales offices.




- Provide support during customer visits or meetings with direct outside sales staff and/or management
- Able to read and understand heat tracing designs
- Maintain files and accurately document all data
**Your Skills**:
- Strong analytical, mathematical and commercial skills
- Structured and well-organized planning approach
- Has strong written & oral communication and negotiation skills in English and the local language
- Is sales driven and eager to win
- Can work in a team but also work independently (self-starter).
- Has affinity with technical matters; demonstrated understanding of technology (i.e.
complexities of products, equipment and costs)
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and ERP systems
- Is widely employable and can assist in other positions and disciplines of the company.
- Experience in B2B within technical markets and industries will be an asset.




- Has a higher vocational working and thinking level; preferably with a technical background in electrical, mechanical or process engineering.
