On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a luxury Company leader in the Watches sector, we are recruiting the following profile:
**PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ LUXURY / MENDRISIO**
- **Duties and Responsabilities**:_
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, to translate ideas into tangibe, marketable luxury watches;
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of watch components, materials, and manufacturing techniques to make informed decisions that enhance product quality;
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Rhino,



Solidworks, or similar tools to create and modify detailed watch designs;
- Independently manage project progression, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the production process;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product design and positioning strategies.
- Proven experience in product development within the luxury **watch** industry;
- Deep understanding of watch components, materials, and manufacturing processes;
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken;
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability o manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abties;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.Location: Ticino, Switzerland
