Life at Tiqets
**What you will do**
As an Account Manager for the Italy, Southern and Central European team, you’ll drive our acquisition and growth efforts in your assigned destinations. You'll be based in Rome and will report directly to our 2 Regional Managers for the regions. You’ll act as an entrepreneur and be responsible for connecting new venues and activities with our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solutions.
By building strong relationships with attractions, museums, theme parks and other activities in the region, you’ll create a strategic supply advantage for Tiqets. You’ll rapidly launch partnerships in established and new cities throughout your destinations and work closely with the regional and HQ teams.
The Regions is currently encompassing the following countries: Italy, Austria, Turkey, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Malta, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Israel, Romania and Jordan.
**Projects we are working on**:
No day is the same at the Rome office. Our daily mission is to contract new ticketed supply and guarantee the best results for our existing products in the region.
But ad-hoc projects, like teaming up with world-renowned landmarks to host exclusive events or press covered activities spice up the life of our office and bring new challenges every day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the commercial growth of the region by contracting new ticketed supply in your destinations
- Launch new cities and venues in the region against an ambitious timeline
- Connect venues with our instant delivery and mobile entrance solutions
- Exceed sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly sales goals
- Secure minimum Tiqets quality standards requirements for each new partner
- Attend important trade and networking events across the region (including outside of normal office hours)
- Travel to key cities in the region on a monthly basis
- Live, breathe, and eat Tiqets (metaphorically!) - Become our local Tiqets Ambassador
**What you'll need**:
- You have a start-up mindset and the ambition to work for a fast-growing scale-up
- You are autonomous, organised, resilient and embrace changes and transformation with a positive attitude
- You have a positive, “can-do” attitude, you are a strong team player and you are not afraid of being persistent to close a deal
- You think out-of-the-box to find creative solutions for persisting challenges, and you are able to identify key stakeholders to help you build them
- Possess 2+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
- Having ticketing or tourism industry experience is a big plus
- You're highly energetic, result-driven,
and like getting things done with attention to detail
- You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM system is a big plus
- You enjoy a lifestyle with frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel
- Fluent in Italian and English. German is a big plus
- Based in Rome
**What to expect from our Interview process**:
After the first HR round, the next stage of the process will be led by an Account Manager and the 2 Regional Managers, the 3rd and last round will be led by our Chief of Supply and Regional Director.
