**Position**:
Main Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with our Web Designer in creations of landing pages and update of already existing pages
- Support on CMS activities and improvements of the platform
- Improve the quality of the website by testing and organizing maintenance activities (eg. new feature implementations, bug reporting and resolution)
- Work closely with the Media & Analytics team to execute our tight CRO roadmap, also coordinating with the external dev agency.
- Identify continuous improvements to the eCommerce to ensure increased productivity
**Profile**:
The position requires an individual who works well in changing environment, fast and dynamic, with:




- 2+ years of experience in frontend development
- Knowlegde of CMS and Commerce platforms (Coremedia and Sales Force Commerce Cloud as a plus)
- Basic Knowledge of Project Management software: JIRA, Basecamp (as a plus)
- Advanced CSS skills and passion for writing clean and testable code
- Familiar with the Google Tag Manager principles, he will support us to perform our AB tests and UX optimization activities
- Basic Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
- Basic Knowledge in UX and prototyping skills (in particular Figma)
- Understanding of newsletter realization as well as HTML and CSS
- Basic Knowledge of Kleecks (as a plus)
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Capable of dealing both with technical and business partners
- Ability to work cross-functions/cross-department and being a good team player
- Results-oriented with a respect for deadlines
- Fluency in English
