Managing the overall success of the store and take care of the e-merchandising, the e-store operations through the execution of the digital touchpoints to drive traffic on the brand site
- Managing and developing the online store in accordance with the company strategy and handle relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining the overall image of the store by taking care of merchandising and updating pages, products and site taxonomy to ensure a frictionless shopping experience
- Managing the assets of the e-store by displaying right assets at the right time according to the brand's momentums as well as the assets of e-retailers partners
- Performance monitoring:



analyze dashboard performances and sales reporting by asset/collection/product category, sales, stock and sell-through reports; monitor of conversion rate, average order value, return rate, orders evolution, newsletter e-commerce performance; analyze traffic and conversion data, drive analysis to maximize the revenues
- In-depth site analysis shopping behavior and best-sellers
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing / Digital / Information technology or equivalent
- 6 months/1 year Online and Digital Marketing experience
- Fluent English + Local Language
- Good E-Commerce and Digital Marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of online technologies involved in E-Commerce (at least one CMS: Drupal, Wordpress )
- Good understanding of online marketing and Digital Consumer behavior
- Excellent analytical skills
- Photoshop e/o Indesign knowledge is a plus
- Consultancy/Project Management experience is a plus
