To support its continued expansion and financial strategy, we are looking for a highly skilled Head of Group Controlling to join the team.
The Head of Group Controlling will play a key role in overseeing global controlling activities, ensuring effective financial analysis and reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
The role is pivotal in shaping the company's financial insights, optimizing business performance, and aligning financial planning with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the global controlling function, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting across all production sites; Develop and manage the group-wide reporting framework, providing critical insights on business performance, cost analysis, and financial trends; Drive the strategic financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling; Ensure comprehensive profitability analysis, assessing key drivers of business performance and identifying areas for improvement; Provide deep analysis of balance sheet and cash flow dynamics, supporting financial stability and efficient capital allocation; Partner with the CFO and senior management to translate financial data into actionable business strategies; Develop and enhance controlling tools, methodologies, and KPIs to improve financial visibility and decision-making; Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements: Solid experience in Controlling, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment; Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis; Knowledge of balance sheet and cash flow management, with the ability to provide a holistic financial view; Experience in working within complex,
multinational organizations; Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights; Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus; Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
