**JOB PURPOSE**
We are looking for a brilliant Product Training Manager_ _who can join our WW Store Training team.
Within the WW Prada Group Store Training Division in our Milan HQs, the Product Training Manager will work directly with the WW Store Training Director and the colleagues of the training staff.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a Brand Ambassador of Prada referring to the assigned product category by spreading the Brand philosophy and the Company values inside our Prada Stores all around the world
- Create and structure the training materials
- Deliver the product training to the WW Stores community, both physically and digitally.
- Guarantee an excellent client experience involving and supporting the staff development in order to increase the sales performances and CX KPIs
- Collaborate with the WW Retail Operations & Merchandising team and the Product Office stakeholders as well as with all our subsidiaries guaranteeing a consistent and original development of the training contents and tools
- Train the sales staff on the ongoing products, capsules or special projects to improve the store performance and ensure high company standards preserving the image and historical background of our brand

Previous experience on training, retail merchandising or visual merchandising roles, are nice to have.
