WHAT WILL WE DO TOGETHER
- Operate according to the Procurement Guidelines for the Direct Categories within Supply Chain with focus on Ingredients, primary packaging & secondary packaging.
- Spend analysis looking for definition of actions that will add value.
- Execute sourcing tasks for the assigned categories at local level and in alignment with Group Procurement.
- Support Group Procurement strategy for Direct category and deploy locally the sourcing roadmap.
- Cooperate with Finance in business plan cycle phases embedding correctly in P&L; direct categories rate.
- Support and contribute in all primary and secondary packaging sustainability initiatives (ex: pack light weighting, new material introduction, etc.).
- Support Marketing and Planning on promo activities related to direct materials.
- Non-conformance report handling in alignment with The Coca-Cola Company specification and Coca-Cola HBC Italia requirement on direct commodities.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance targets.
- Manage SAP price list renewal with respect to deadlines and negotiated agreement.
- Monitor KPIs for the assigned Categories and identify actions for improvement.
- Degree in economics or management engineering.
- Robust knowledge about supply chain & procurement cycles (CIPS preferred or other certification).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in a multinational and structured environment (FMCG preferred).
- Advanced level of English.
- Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable.
- Experience in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Purchasing is nice to have.
- Travelling Time 10-15% (depending on the project needs).
