The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising global programs, ensuring security assessment, risk and compliance, budget management, and metrics tracking. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong payroll services knowledge, management skills, and the ability to collaborate with people from different countries.Key Responsibilities:Supervision of Global Programs, oversee and manage global programs across CEG, including security assessment, risk and compliance, budget management, and metrics trackingPoint of Contact (POC) for Global Programs, serve as the primary point of contact for global programs, ensuring effective communication and coordinationStandardization of Processes, develop and implement standardized payroll processes across CEG countries to ensure consistency and efficiencyHarmonize payroll procedures to align with global standards and best practicesManage relationships with payroll vendors,



ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contractual agreementsLe tue caratteristicheQualifications:At least 6 years’ experience in Payroll Services and Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll services and processes, with experience in managing payroll operationsStrong management skills with experience in budget planning and control.Excellent attitude in collaboration and the ability to work effectively with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.Degree and Proficiency in English both in speaking and writingLocationsAssago, Roma
