You will be responsible for leading the execution of new products/services development programs serving as program coordinator and as main focal point for planning, spending,



and resources monitoring and estimation. You will support piloting projects and early product introduction to position innovative solutions to market.
As a Hydrogen New Product Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering programs on budget, on schedule and in compliance with customer expectations and product specifications
- Granting flawless execution from conceptual to a fully industrialized product, including documentation and sales tools
- Vertical integration of the program-related works, including materials, manufacturing engineering, supply chain qualification and product industrialization
- Challenging the product cost competitiveness and vitality along overall product life with incremental cost out and rationalization initiatives, including supply chain strategy, and make/buy decision
- Leading and overseeing time, quality and cost during design, development, testing and validation phases of New Product Development, ensuring the overall project is executed on time and within the assigned budget
- Working directly with customer, business stakeholders and relevant partners to provide regular reporting and communication of program status/progress to the Senior Leadership,



in strong coordination with Engineering, Sourcing, Finance and Operation teams
- Supporting the introduction to market, pilot projects, early bidding
- Identifying all risks, setting up and executing the required activities to ensure each risk is identified, understood and properly managed, with clear disclosure to the relevant stakeholders during the project/program life
- Developing and monitoring project execution with specific KPIs and reporting
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Engineering Degree In Engineering
- Have proven experience in Project and Program Management, nice-to-have is experience in the hydrogen market
- Have experience with a focus on managing technical projects and developing new products, Lean Principles, and management methodologies
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders




- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems, providing resolutions and a clear “make things happen” approach
- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers, suppliers, partners or Baker Hughes locations
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English
