Groups Operations Manager, Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of all travel services, putting together group tours, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryConstant scouting negotiations with suppliers (hotels and bus services)Managing the budgeting, forecasting and cost control of operational servicesLeading the operation team, recruitment, onboarding, training and development of the operations team

Skills Required:Proven experience in an operational management role within the travel industrySupplier negotiation experiencePrevious dealing with group travelLeadership skills to develop the operations teamFluent in Italian and English
