What you'll do

Project Planning

: define project scope, goals,



and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements.Team Management

: assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.Communication and Stakeholder Management

: manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, as well as facilitate communication among team members.Risk Management

: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance

: ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.Project Closure:

conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts.Customer Centricity

: effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities.

What you'll need





3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators.Proven experience in delivering complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps).Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present the project aspects to top management executives both internally as well as on the client side.Experience in gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimations/planning, and issuing Statements of Works.Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2). Desired certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.Prior experience in managing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for any of these industries: Energy, Utilities, Telco, and Rail) is a nice to have.Willingness to travel to the customer's premises
