based in Rome or Turin to support the Indirect Procurement team.Within this team :You are responsible to improve/transform the way of working in order to optimize the team productivity and efficiencyYou are the focal point toward TAS/Thales Procurement Process & Tool, Budget and Performance, Supplier Performance Manager/Supplier Development Manager and Strategy teams to align processes, share best practices, organize training and ensure proper reportingYou manage the transversal projects in coordination with the Global Category Managers Group, Team Leader, Category Managers and Buyers belonging to the Indirect Procurement Segment in charge of the following Procurement categories: General Expenses, Hardware&Software;/IT and Support ServicesYou facilitate communication between Indirect Procurement and THALES teams and/or TAS Entities or other functions when neededMain responsibilities:By joining us, you will be in charge of the following missions :Be the “go to” person regarding the Procurement process for our team, also for the main TAS stakeholders to reinforce / secure link with Category buyers and managers whether from TAS or THALES when no clear ownership is definedTo ensure the Performance Reporting consolidation,



check the correct attribution and drive the monthly reviews by:focusing on KPIs status by Categoryanalyzing discrepancies vs. Targetssetting and driving regular exchanges between Segment Manager/Team Leader/Category Managers TAS and Thales by CategoryTo support the Segment Manager and Segment Team Leader during Multi Year Budget exercise by coordinating and collecting contributions by CategoryBe the point of contact with TAS Project Procurement Managers Project and Product to collect highlights/initiatives or any significant input from Business or Competence Centers; share with Category Manager and Buyers on regular basisTo coordinate / lead the transversal projects, such as the management of : anti-corruption, ESG, supplier risks & impacts, reverse factoring, CAPEX…To understand needs, assess best approach and ensure execution either yourself or by leveraging the team membersBe the voice of Segment towards Process & Tools team to gather needs and provide feedback, or towards other functions such as CFO, Legal,



AUDIT boardsTo industrialize reporting needs either proactive and/or reactive (annual plan, Strategies, Activities/Projects, etc.),To update and train Category Buyers and Category Managers on new projects/instructionsIn collaboration with Category Buyers and Category Managers to identify, propose or represent the Indirect Procurement Segment on efficiency projects with the aim to reduce administrative tasks such as manual Purchase Orders, Low Value Purchase Orders, audits or Cyber assessment,To identify communication best practices with the Category Buyers and Managers and propose best & harmonized approach for each categoryTo evangelize procurement process and ensure Indirect procurement strategies application across TAS entities, other transverse functions and Business Lines / Competence Centers.To organize and coordinate training sessions for Category Buyers and ManagersTo animate and collect feedback from the team,
