**Field Sales Specialist**:

**Responsibilities**:




- Identifying and attraction of potential new clients at Italy & EU area and sold AsstrA freight services (sea/air and intermodal transportation);
- Development of relationships with existing customers;
- Analyzing the customers needs;
- Negotiating with the customers and preparing quotations;
- Scheduling B2B meetings with the customers;
- Establishing and registering all the details of the first sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
- Implementation of KPI's.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of **English and Italian languages**:
- **must have**;
- Preferable 3-4 years of experience in forwarding industry ;
- Experience in sells of logistics services ( sea/air and intermodal transportation);
- Good level of **negotiation and presentation skills**;
- Self-motivation and energy;
- Result-oriented mindset.
