You will be working in a multinational environment, with the opportunity to implement challenging Digital Transformation programs for Clients operating in different sectors in Europe.Accenture Italy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Manager to join our European team based in Milan & Rome. The Change Management Manager will play a critical role in leading and implementing change initiatives for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a deep understanding of change management methodologies applied to digital transformation.You will:Lead change management projects and develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored for our client, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of digital-driven transformations which implies also behavioral, organizational and cultural changes;Participate in the solution and quotation of change management request for proposals (RFP) and offerings;Manage a project team and collaborate with stakeholders to discover and assess change readiness and impacts, identify potential risks and resistance,



and develop mitigation plans;Create and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and foster buy-in throughout the change process; define training programs, both traditional and digital, to build change management capabilities within client organizations;Guide our clients on how to leverage internal resources to best drive Change Management initiatives (e.g.: Change Network & Ambassadorship program), monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change and related corrective actions;Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management, incorporating relevant insights into client engagements.Le tue caratteristicheIf you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration.
